SAH provides primary, secondary and tertiary hospital services for the residents of Sault Ste Marie and surrounding area. Position Summary

The successful applicant will possess a current Ontario College of Nurses Certificate of Competence as a Registered Nurse, certification as an Enterostomal Therapy Nurse and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree preferred. The successful applicant will also possess current BCLS certification; current enterostomal experience; demonstrated competencies related to IV therapy, inclusive of central lines; demonstrated clinical competency in the care and management of patients with ostomies and wounds, including effective assessment skills and knowledge of surgical procedures and wound care and pre and post operative patient education requirements.
