2010 CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Call for Abstracts - Poster Presentations

CAET is excited to announce the “Call for Poster Abstracts” for our 29th CAET Annual Conference being held in Niagara Falls, Ontario, May 28-30, 2010. The CAET Conference will showcase a collaborative approach in working with other healthcare professionals in advancing the knowledge to all for better patient outcomes. Enterostomal Therapy Nurses, ETNEP students and other health care professionals are encouraged to submit a Poster Presentation to share their unique knowledge and expertise with attending participants. Poster Presentations are one of many ways in being able to share that acquired knowledge with others.

As well as showcasing the 4 Core Programs CAET would also like to highlight the advancing knowledge of lower leg management across the continuum covering arterial, venous, diabetic, common foot morbidities and deformities that will be presented at the conference. The fourth category is Lower Leg Management and we hope to generate many submissions that will focus on patient outcomes and improved quality of life for the persons with lower limb problems.

The theme for our conference is “Wonders of Advancing Wound, Ostomy & Continence Care”. We challenge you to submit a Poster Presentation Abstract to foster positive change within your scope of practice to share with all conference attendees!
