 2010 CONFERENCE Online Registration


To register to the conference please follow these simple steps.
  1. Download the registration form in pdf format to your computer

  2. Fill in the pdf form and click "submit"
  3. The form will give you the following options
    • Desktop email application - Send via your desktop email client - If you use outlook, eudora or another desktop email client, this is the option for you. The form will create the email for you and add the form as an attachment for you. Click send.
    • Internet email - Save the file and send yourself - If you use hotmail, gmail or another web-based email, this second option is for you. You will need to save the file, and then send the file as an attachment to register@caet.ca
  4. Make your payment online through this form
  5. Wait for your confirmation, and that's it!

The payment form is not automated. You must enter your appropriate conference fee manually.

Please enter the same fee in all three boxes.

Do not enter a dollar sign ($) in the box,
all amounts need to have two decimals (Example 490.00).

page after you click Proceed to Secure Payment Page.

Please note that a small number of payments cannot be processed due to a system default. If your payment is successful, you will receive a message stating that your payment has been approved; if your transaction is declined, please send us your payment by mail. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we are currently working on resolving the issue. Thank you for your co-operation.
